This patch/add-on deletes the ferries between both Valdez and Homer to Washington, but keeps the ferry between Valdez and Homer.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY OF THE ALASKA MODS: I tried testing them, but they unfortunately cause my game to crash, due to the fact that they don't work, anymore. I would insist to anyone to not download any of these mods, These Alaska mods, are not well-designed, and I think that SCS Software, needs to design it as a DLC not a mod itself. Sorry to do this, but I've decided to abandon all my chances of ever downloading these Alaska mods ever again. If you want, have SCS Software manufacture Alaska as a DLC so hopefully when I buy it I can use it to expand my map a bit if possible.

You may be right, but you're quite missing the point. Not to be whatever but SCS Software is going to continue making yearly state dlcs, or even cargo dlcs for the years to come according to ChatGPT and experts at SCS Software on a YouTube video. You can express opinions all you want but it doesn't change the fact that ATS is continuing to expand its map eastward as more states will be released as dlcs along with cargo and even paint/tuning dlcs etc. etc. the project will go on forever and ever.

I am not using this mod because the game creates routes on its own through main land instead of the ferry, also because I wanted to be able to choose the ferry if ever I wanted to. Specific GPS/Route Advisor settings must be selected in order for the route advisor to select roads instead of the ferry. THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW TOWARDS THE MOD, JUST SAYING THAT IT IS NOT NEEDED AS IT IS DESCRIBED EVERYWHERE.

I tell everyone this as well, but I have noticed that if you choose the small roads routing for the GPS navigation type then it will take the ferry, so it is of some use in that particular case 😉 TheRealHalle

Please update. Makes the Game crash. Mo matter what order you hit in your mods. Even started a new profile ram just the alask mod no ferry mod and the road connection mod. Only when i took out the no ferry mod did the game stop crashing

just got the no ferry to work. i put the mod above both NTTF and the road connection mod.

You'll want to organize your mod manager or mod list accordingly. Make sure Alaska is placed at the bottom of the load order, with ProMods Canada above it, followed by the RC, and finally NTTF. I highly recommend checking out the map combos provided by GMC Logistics for ATS. These combos are designed to ensure compatibility between various map mods, minimizing the risk of issues during gameplay. I SWAN I

Hey, Franglais. I was thinking about creating something similar, but I noticed your mod already exists. I'm considering developing my version, which includes curved ferries and other enhancements. Would it be permissible for me to release it as a standalone add-on, or would you be open to integrating my improvements into your existing mod?
