This simple mod activates the old SCS steel rim model letting you install it on any of your trucks.

The model itself already exists in SCS files, and this mod is mostly the "def-work" done so the installation is possible for any truck (SCS + mods) and for any tires which are applicable for default SCS wheels too.

The mod contains both front (single) and rear (double) rims.

Once you select a rim ("Old Steel") both empty models of nuts and hubs are applied (because the rim model has its own ones attached to it). But some hub and cover models might be looking well on it.

Enter the tuning shop and see yourself if you want a "factory" look for these wheels or slightly customized with aftermarket stuff.

I originally made this mod for my '70s DAF truck which needed some "dated" look while none of basic SCS wheels could do the thing. These rims are kind of perfect for me now, I took the photos here of how they look on the DAF.

It's actually the same rims SCS uses on their traffic trucks, so - it might be a nice option for them too, but now it's a drivable one if you've ever dreamt of taking them for a spin.
