Your refrigerated trailer finally has a working reefer unit. It starts with the real pre-start beep, ramps up, runs at high or low speed depending on the box temperature, stops in start/stop mode and defrosts, just like the real thing.

FEATURES

• - Real sound recorded on a Carrier Vector HE19MT: start-up with beep, real speed-up, high and low speed, shutdown
• - Setpoint by cargo: frozen -25 °C, meat +2 °C, dairy +3 °C, pears 0 °C, bananas +13 °C and more (editable list, works with modded cargo)
• - Simulated box temperature: far from the setpoint the unit runs at high speed, close to it at low speed
• - Continuous, Start/Stop or Automatic mode (frozen cargo in start/stop, fresh cargo in continuous)
• - Pre-cooling on the way to the pickup, or switch the unit on by hand
• - Defrost (automatic every 2 hours of running, or manual) and temperature alarm
• - Muffled sound inside the cab, open sound outside (works with TM Real Walk)
• - No need to change the game's audio settings
• - In-game settings window (Ctrl+F6) and on-screen notifications

INSTALLATION

1. Download and extract the zip.
2. Copy the plugins folder to: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_64\
3. If you already have the plugin folder just unzip then opne the plugin folder and copy the content to the plugin folder inside the  \Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_64\plugins
4. Start the game. When the Advanced SDK features message appears, click OK. This is normal for every telemetry plugin.

This is not a .scs mod. It does not go in the mod folder and you don't enable it in the Mod Manager.

HOW TO USE WITHOUT A STREAM DECK

• Everything works with the keyboard and the in-game window. Couple a reefer trailer, take a reefer job and the unit does the rest.
• Ctrl+F6 Settings window: box temperature, setpoint, mode, unit on/off, defrost, sounds, cargo list, keys and language
• do not open the window wile driving because you cant drive with the window open, always stop the truck before opening the window
• Ctrl+Page Up Setpoint +1 °C
• Ctrl+Page Down Setpoint -1 °C
• Ctrl+Shift+Page Up/Down Setpoint +5 / -5 °C
• Ctrl+End Continuous / Start-Stop
• Ctrl+Home Unit on / off by hand (pre-cool an empty trailer)
• Ctrl+Insert Defrost
• Ctrl+F9 Reefer sound on / off
• Ctrl+F7 Fix camera inside / outside

All keys can be changed in the window, in the Keys tab. Every action shows a short message on screen and the unit beeps like the real controller.
Tip: if the game minimizes when the window opens, use borderless fullscreen.

HOW TO USE WITH A STREAM DECK (OPTIONAL) 

1. Install the mod as described above. The StSream Deck talks to the game plugin.
2. Double-click ETS2_Zasty.streamDeckPlugin (inside the zip). The ETS2 Zasty category appears in the Stream Deck app.
3. Drag the action ETS2 Panel (automatic) onto all 15 keys. Done, no profile needed.

Truck page: engine, parking brake, lights, high beam, hazards, beacons, wipers, cruise control, retarder, fuel, speed and speed limit, trailer, lift axle, horn. Every key shows the live state.
The Reefer key (top right) shows the box temperature. Press it to open the Reefer page: box temperature, setpoint, setpoint down and up, Automatic, Continuous, Start/Stop, unit on/off, auto pre-cool, unit state, cargo, defrost, sound and menu. The Truck key goes back.
Single actions are also available if you want to build your own profile. The keys follow the mod language.
Truck keys press your own game bindings, read from your profile. If one doesn't work, set it in config.ini, for example key_beacon=O. 
COMPATIBILITY

• ETS2, Windows 64-bit. Tested on 1.61.
• Works with SCS and modded reefer trailers (detected by body type and name; extra words can be added in config.ini).
• Works alongside TM Real Walk, Trucky, VTLog and other telemetry plugins.
• If you use the reefer sound from Sound Fixes Pack, turn it off to avoid hearing two units. 

ANTIVIRUS NOTE 
The mod is a .dll telemetry plugin, like job loggers and dashboards. Some antivirus programs may report a false positive. It only reads the game's official telemetry, plays sounds and answers the Stream Deck on 127.0.0.1 (your PC only). It does not change game files and does not connect to the internet.
TROUBLESHOOTING

• - plugins\zasty_reefer\log.txt shows what the plugin sees (trailer, cargo, setpoint). Please attach it when reporting a bug.
• - In config.ini: overlay=0 disables the window, notifications=0 the on-screen messages, streamdeck=0 the Stream Deck server.

TRANSLATIONS
The texts are in plugins\zasty_reefer\lang. Copy a file, translate it and set language=xx in config.ini. Send it to me and I'll include it in the next version.
