Adaptation for 1.53

• A connector with RusMap is integrated into the modification, which preserves Kolomna from RM, and also, no less importantly, a connection with Penza is built (so far it is rustic in places, but it is done quickly, and it can be completed later), so now I can tell myself with peace of mind that the 3rd version of the map from the point of view of the plans on the territory have been fully implemented. Well, the Lower Scrap (or rather, for now, unfortunately, its imitation) makes sense in addition to parking and refueling.
• As part of the adaptation to the RM connector, the np Shilovo was temporarily cut out, although it would still need to be redone, so far I have not done this in order to release this version faster

• 2 new regions (Republic of Mordovia and Penza region)
• 8 new cities
• The level of detail of new cities has been increased
• Also in the archive is a fixed connector with an NNMap card (be sure to put it up in the mod manager)
