DESCRIPTION


Île-de-France map or Paris suburbs map is inspired by the Île-de-France region, located in France.

This project is started by Georges93 and it's main objective is to reproduce Île-de-France on a 1:1 scale. Unfortunately, this is not an exact reproduction due to the game's limitations, but the main goal is to get as close as possible.

This is a standalone map.



INSTALLATION


  • Make sure you have all the required DLCs. (all maps extensions DLCs)
  • Please change your uset r_buffer_page_size from 10 to 30 in your config.cfg file (tutorial: https://youtu.be/14gyg6srZSM). In some areas, the game may crash if this step is not completed.
  • It is recommended to place the mod file just above your graphic mods in the mod manager. The map replaces custom textures, but these can be overwritten by graphic mods, potentially disrupting the experience.
  • It is not recommended to use additional traffic mods. The map already includes its own custom traffic, designed to be coherent with the region.
  • It is recommended to have a fairly powerful PC, as some areas are very demanding in terms of resources.



KNOWN BUGS


  • Errors may appear in the console, but they do not affect gameplay

If you encounter a bug, please make sure you are using the latest version, as an outdated one may cause crashes. We only provide support for the latest version, not older ones. If you encounter one, feel free to report it to us on Discord or in the comments!
