Changes affect only Traffic and Headlights addons.

- Fixed missing textures for AI traffic

- Improved compatibility with Sound Fixes Pack

- Extended Headlights addon support to Volvo VNL2025, VNL Electric, a bunch of ATS Steam Workshop trucks (by Smarty, Harven, FASTER CGO and some others) plus some non-Steam trucks

- Brought back lamp flares texture with fog effect from City Lights Addon 4.4 (it just look much better than simple round flares, but please note that upside-down mirror reflection issue is still present)

- Increased size for red and orange blinking lights (on some stop and roadwork signs)

- Improved DOT headlight pattern

- Added "optional" flag to Base mod and Traffic Addon (please use in convoys with caution, I didn't test it)
