The Embassy Knowledge Park is one of the residential townships I find to be attractive in the context of township planning. I like to know about how the developers are grouping apartments and villas along with green spaces, spaces for recreation, shopping facilities and other necessities. My interest would lie in the research on properties, design aspects, flooring plans and specification, available facilities and the trends of residential townships. I tend to explore on how various configurations may adjust with different family needs and still be able to give the vibe of a society. The location is of importance in my research, specifically North Bangalore and its connectivity & employment hub. My interest is way more than about buying property and to what extent the planning aspects contribute, spaces provided for the public and all the facilities provided.
