Extended Traffic Light Timing mod set longer timing signal to the traffic lights. The traffic light timing modifications are consist of:

• 24 seconds green light signal interval. (26 seconds in certain countries)
• 4 seconds yellow signal interval after the green light, before turned red.
• 2 seconds yellow signal after the red light, before turned green. (only at certain countries. also see "Light Sequences" section)
• 2 seconds interval between traffic light pattern switching.

Note: The red signal interval may vary depend on the traffic light pattern complexity.

Additional modifications are:

• Dimmer traffic light's bulb lamp while light is OFF.
• Longer refuel time at gas station for AI vehicles (cars and trucks).
• Longer border document check time (applies differently for cars and trucks).
• Faster opening barrier by using additional mod (toll booth & border check).

Light Sequences

Starting game version 1.53, this mod introduce different light sequence than game default at certain countries. It starts from feedbacks that Greece DLC has incorrect Red-to-Green light sequence compared to the real life. This makes me decide to re-inspect base map and previous DLCs for incorrect light sequence in other countries too. Feel free to drop a comment if you have further information about incorrect traffic light light sequences in the game.

Here the country list where the light sequence are considered incorrect and "fixed" in this mod:

• Bosnia/Herzegovina: Red-Green (formerly Red-Red+Yellow-Green)
• Montenegro: Red-Green (formerly Red-Red+Yellow-Green)
• Albania: Red-Green (formerly Red-Red+Yellow-Green)
• Greece: Red-Green (formerly Red-Red+Yellow-Green SCS realize their mistake and fix it)
• Romania: Red-Green (formerly Red-Red+Yellow-Green)

• Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.60.
• Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.59.

Disclaimer

This mod should work in official game with any map DLCs. However, it does not provides support for any map mod that comes with their own traffic light objects and custom switching. If you are currently using any map mod, this mod may not work as expected. This mod has no plan to support 3rd party's map mods.

If you need different gate barrier opening speed duration, you can download it's additional mod below. By default, Extended Traffic Light Timing mod comes with very fast barrier opening duration for toll gates and border checks. This additional "Toll & Border Gate Opening Speed" mods offer various opening duration at slower speed.
