SibirMap Timezone Fix

Add to Collection Follow Private Message

Little fix that includes both "def/country/russia.sii" and "def/country/kazakhstan.sii" files. If loaded after any map that alters those same files (RusMap, RusMap - ProMods RC, Road to Asia...) it will add back the timezones included by SibirMap.
