Kirov Caps Fix (+Signs Fix) Jerry GMC Master Fixer
Fixes missing capital letters in Kirov region city names
As of latest version it fixes capitalization of the following cities:
- Kirov
- Kotelnich
- Shakhun'ya
- Sharia
- Sovetsk
- Yaransk
As of 1.45-0.1+ now includes a Signs fix that should reslove conflicts with other maps
if you find any blank signs in around the above cities please comment coordinates of the signs
