Correct Russian timezones (UTC+2 to +7)
This mod edits the def/country/russia.sui file to add the timezones for UTC +4 (SAMT), UTC +5 (YEKT) and UTC+7 (KRAT) and places them in their correct coordinate locations. Very useful for a realistic feel when playing with Russian map mod combinations such as Rusmap, Volgamap, Sibirmap, Altai Map, Open Spaces and Project Caucasus (Southern Region is completely located in the default UTC+3 timezone), since they either lack the extra timezones or they don't properly cover all the real locations. It also changes the timezone name at Kaliningrad from EET to KALT.
Place above any map or economy mods (basically any mod that includes the def/country/russia.sui file).
