Confessions is a 12-song acoustic reflection by That Other Bartlett on what it means to live attentively: to love, change, fail, begin again, and recognize how much of ourselves comes from others. Moving from intimate relationships and small-town landscapes to strangers, generations, and our brief place in a much larger story, the album finds meaning in ordinary choices and imperfect lives. Thoughtful without losing its humor or hope, Confessions is ultimately about being here while we’re here—and making something worthwhile of the time.

T.oB was conceived in 2016 as a project by songwriter Chris Bartlett aka PugXXL. For 40 years, he continues to write and record his songs at home as time allows and now uses AI to create versions of these songs for an alternative listening experience. He continues to hone his craft in Florida, in between answering support calls for a software company and while avoiding thunderstorms and hurricanes as often as possible.
