Add to Collection Follow Private Message

Was going to be a VTC based map edit, but focused on opening up the city. Removed a lot of invisible walls, added in a bunch of companies to the area. Works with 1.45.

Map edit is still in a work in progress state. Main mod file by Owner gets updated regularly. Will update to 1.46 once officially released.
