Removes the Ai traffic from the roads including trucks and trains.
Make the roads clear of traffic and train tracks clear of trains. You will no longer be stuck in traffic, waiting for traffic to clear to pull out on the road and no longer will you have to wait at train crossing for trains.
You will be free to roam without the interference of traffic.
Police are still present on the side of the road and traffic fines are still enforced; turn traffic fines off in the options menu to stop fines.
