A tiny mod for you which brings back excluded default police vehicles from ATS vanilla game:

Chevrolet Caprice & Ford Crown Victoria highway patrol for the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon.

Chevrolet Tahoe highway patrol for the state of Arizona.
