Fixes crashes that happen when using MaghrebMap and RTAF together and connects both maps via ferry. Load order needs to be the following:

• Maghreb Map Road to Africa Fix
• MaghrebMap files
• RTAF files

This also includes all of the fixes present Maghreb Map Country Name Fix, so only use that mod without RTAF.
