This mod fortifies SCS' traffic signal definition files, to fix errors from mods that cause traffic signal models to be missing in some base game countries.

Note that this is not the same as RoEx SemFix (old mod now included in the RX-PM patch).

Load order (top to bottom):

- {optional} custom background map

 - {optional} any traffic mods, yellow light timing mods, etc.

 - {this mod} NewSemFix

 - all other mods
