OUTLINE
This mod applies real WINTER speed limits to the vanilla map.
Sources of my data are the rules, codes and announcements made by local authorities.
Be cautious of other speed limit mods that claim to be realistic but provide no actual sources.
I've made a comparison table with sources listed to show that I do my studies carefully.

In countries without seasonal speed limits in winter, their usual up-to-date speed limits apply.

Main:
- Updates WINTER speed limits for motor vehicles (including cars, trucks and buses).
Additional:
- Updates regulations for DRLs (daytime running lights) in WINTER.
- Adjusts the map to WINTER time zones.
SCOPE
COMPATIBILITY
Compatible versions: 1.44 onwards
Optional in convoy mode: YES
You can put it at whatever level of priority you like, but it's probably best to place it higher to prevent mod conflicts.
INCOMPATIBLE
Placing them at a higher priority will prevent my mod from working; you need to choose either mine or others.
CONFLICTING
Placing them at a higher priority will break some additional features; you need to consider before using them alongside mine.
SCS updates all fuel prices once in a while, I will update mine accordingly.
