This fix prevents crashes when selecting a mission from Baku in Asia Dream Map with the Universal Fix&Localization enabled.

The fix was created due to a glitch in the files where Baku was assigned in "azerbaijan" and not "rta_azerbjn".

This fix is compatible with my other fix with Road To Asia and Southeast Asia, you can find them on my profile
