US/Canada Addon States/Provinces Time Zone Fix (C2C and related map mods) for American Truck Simulator

This mod modifies time zones in US states and Canadian provinces added by mods such as C2C, Canamania and any mods that use the two as bases.

Newfoundland is properly in its own time zone (NDT, Newfoundland Daylight Time), eastern Tennessee has been moved to EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), western parts of Ontario, Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky are properly in CDT (Central Daylight Time), Saskatchewan is in CST (Central Standard Time) instead of CDT, and western parts of the Dakotas and Nebraska are properly in MDT (Mountain Daylight Time).
